Becky is Clinical Manager for the CARE IOP Program within The Emily Program and a therapist for one of the CARE IOPs in MN. CARE IOP is specifically designed to serve people experiencing binge eating behaviors, people living with Binge Eating Disorder or people living with Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED) with a pattern of binge eating. Becky is a licensed independent clinical social worker, trauma-informed psychotherapist, yoga teacher, group facilitator, program designer, speaker, and lifelong learner. Her career is dedicated to providing highly tailored, compassionate, and non-judgmental care. She focuses on centering her clients as experts in their own experience and healing and supports her clients in building connection with and confidence in their own innate intuition. Becky works to help clients examine the social, environmental, relational contexts, and other interrelated systems that contribute to their well-being as well as their struggles. Becky takes great care to acknowledge the uniqueness of each client’s experience, allowing them to reconnect to their innermost self, their longings, and their heart’s desires. Becky utilizes holistic, trauma-sensitive approaches, combining somatic awareness and mindfulness with self-expression, believing our bodies have a great deal of wisdom and a vast amount of intelligence to facilitate healing.
